Refund policy

Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging.

    • In the same condition as delivered.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened perfumes or products with broken seals.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed as:

    • Store Credit (discount code for next purchase), OR

    • Cash Refund via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash.

Exchange

  • If you received a defective or wrong product, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

Cash on Delivery Orders

  • For COD orders, you must check the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • Once accepted and paid for, only eligible returns (as mentioned above) will be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
